What begins as a temp job in Santaland turns into an epic clash between good and evil when Sandra Claus and her elf roommate, Moose, take on the corrupt head of the Elf Union in a bid to save Christmas.

Synopsis

The day after Thanksgiving the delivery drivers for Udder, a bottled mlik company, go on strike. When Udder’s CEO, Jacklyn, orders her daughter, Sandra Claus, to lead the scab brigade, Sandra refuses. Sandra goes to her job as a server in downtown Chicago where, Bjørn, the bar’s owner, pressures her into finding a strike workaround – he needs Udder’s premium raw milk for his best-selling signature egg nog. Sandra again refuses and quits in exasperation. Sandra lands at a Holiday Temps where she secures a gig in Santaland working the coal mine. There Sandra quickly gets on the wrong side of the powerful head of the Elf Union, Mistletoe Jones, who threatens to have her expelled for challenging his authority. When Sandra, along with her Elf roommate and friend, Moose, discovers that Mistletoe is, in fact, brokering a dirty deal with management to break the Elf union, Sandra and Moose must find a way to expose his secret machinations and save Christmas.
