Synopsis

The day after Thanksgiving the delivery drivers for Udder, a bottled milk company, go on strike. When Udder’s CEO, Jacklyn, orders her daughter, Sandra Claus, to lead the scab brigade, Sandra refuses. At her serving job in a Christmas pop-up bar in Chicago Sandra’s boss and love interest, Bjørn, pressures her into finding a strike workaround – he needs Udder’s premium raw milk for his over-priced best-selling seasonal Christmas egg nog. An exasperated Sandra tells him to go to hell and quits. She ends up at a Holiday Temps where she secures a gig in Santaland working the coal mines. There Sandra quickly gets on the wrong side of the powerful head of the elf union, Mistletoe Jones, who threatens to have her deported when she questions him about her less than ideal working conditions. Soon after Sandra discovers that Mistletoe is brokering a dirty deal with management to replace the Elves with gig workers - starting with Sandra. When Sandra threatens to go to the press, management quickly arranges for her to get a full-time job with a corner office, a substantial salary and benefits. Sandra is faced with an impossible dilemma: protect her new status on the management team in Santaland, or stand with the elves in their fight to save their jobs, their community, and their storied role in the magic of Christmas.
