When Sandra Claus takes a temp job in Santaland, she and her elf friend, Moose, discover a secret plan between management and the corrupt head of the elf union to automate Christmas – a scheme which Sandra and Moose must stop before the elves are forced out of their jobs and Santaland for good.

Synopsis

The day after Thanksgiving the delivery drivers for Udder, a bottled milk company, go on strike. When Udder’s CEO, Jacklyn, orders her daughter, Sandra Claus, to lead the scab brigade, Sandra refuses. At her serving job in a Christmas pop-up bar in Chicago Sandra’s boss, Bjørn, pressures her into finding a strike workaround – he needs Udder’s premium raw milk for his over-priced best-selling signature egg nog. Sandra tells him to go to hell and quits in frustration. She ends up at a Holiday Temps where she secures a gig in Santaland working the coal mines. There Sandra quickly gets on the wrong side of the powerful head of the elf union, Mistletoe Jones, who threatens to have her deported when she questions him about her less than ideal working conditions. Soon after Sandra and her elf roommate and friend, Moose, discover that Mistletoe is brokering a dirty deal with management to automate Christmas. Sandra and Moose must find a way to expose Mistletoe’s corrupt machinations before the elves are forced out of their jobs and Santaland for good.
